Ministry of Movement (MOM) is a modern logistics company founded in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which started operational work in September 2025. From the first day our mission is clear: to create faster, smarter and technologically advanced logistics processes that improve the daily movement of goods and services.

Who we are?

MOM today represents a reliable partner in 3PL logistics, specialized in fast delivery and operational optimization. Our system is deeply integrated with the Glovo platform, enabling complete order automation and efficient work of our field teams. Through a professional approach and clear internal processes, MOM has built a reputation as a company that delivers speed, accuracy and consistency. We currently have about 60 employees, and the number of partners, projects and contracts is continuously growing. Growth is accompanied by investment in education, technology and development of new departments.

Marketing and communications

As we expand our business, MOM develops its own Marketing & Communications department, focused on:

• creating a recognizable brand in the delivery and logistics industry
• building digital presence (website, social networks, advertising)
• employer branding and attracting quality staff
• communication with partners and media
• storytelling and presentation of innovations we develop

We are launching a Software Development project

MOM enters a new growth phase by creating its own programming / IT development department. The focus of this department is the development of advanced digital solutions for logistics, including:

• AI autonomous dispatcher that makes decisions independently
• internal operational tools
• optimization algorithms for routes, resources and performance
• web and mobile applications to support delivery teams
• analytical systems and control panels for operations management
